AOP4EUpest | Home

The AOP4EUpest webserver is a resource for annotated pesticides-biological events involved in Adverse Outcome Pathways (AOPs). Data were compiled from more than 30 millions of available abstracts in the PubMed database using AOP-helpFinder 2. This tool based on artificial intelligence, uses a text mining procedure and graph theory to explore and identify published associations between a pesticide and an event type (MIE, KE and AO).

AOP4EUpest webserver can assist in the identification of pesticides involved in an AOP, and in the future development of experimental studies. This computational tool is part of the new approach methodologies (NAM), of alternative methods to animal testing, and may be of high interest to regulatory agencies and other research related to risk assessment.
